Step 3: Print this page. (You may need to adjust your printer's top and bottom margins.)
Step 4: Cut out the Pace Band.
Step 5: Laminate the band with laminating material or clear tape on both sides.
Step 6: Affix band around your wrist, then tape the top edge over the bottom tab (covering "Attach Here").
Step 7: Enjoy your marathon!
Step 8: Return to Taper Madness and post your race report!
