Paul (Stihl) is running TCM and there is a small Tapir contingent running Chicago: Doc, Greg, Tom, and Julio. Good luck to all of you. I hope today's weather helps to give you fantastic results!

Is this really everyone racing today?? It seems like an unusually small number for Chicago.

Great conditions contributed to a great day, where Tsegaye Kebede set a course record in winning the men's, and fellow Etiopian Atsede Baysa won the women's, in one of the closest finishes you'll ever see.

Congratulations to all runners!

Hope everyone had a good day. There was a time when the Chicago Marathon was something that got planned weeks in advance around here.

Sure looked to me like Jeptoo started her celebration one step early. She raised her arms and Baysa ran right under them. That's an expensive celebration...ask Lindsey Jacobellis...
