Thanks all. Was bummed that I missed last week's Rattlesnake 50K but am pumped up for tomorrow. It's going to be relatively cool in SC for July tomorrow. Only a high of 90 I think. The course is a 4.25 loop so if I get into any heat problems I can easily stop. Gotta finish though to get the Runner From Hell team slug t-shirt.
