I'm sure many folks are doing a TT, even if it's not on our list. Have fun and good luck! You're wise to burn off the room for dinner (well, some of it).

And, big luck to our weekend racers! Dawn, we can't wait to see how you crush that old PR!!

I'm sure it will be by Sunday, however, I didn't list ALL the races I'm running this weekend. Today was day #1 of a "quadzilla" -- 4 marathons in 4 days. Hubby and I hosted today's race, the Wattle Waddle, which ended up being a tough slog through snow and slush. The weather was actually very pleasant, but it sure was difficult running in the compact snow. I took it VERY easy, finishing in over 5 1/2 hours. Tomorrow will be somewhat warmer, but it's a slightly more difficult course (lots of single track).

Hope everyone else had great races!

Geez Betsy!

Good luck everyone - and I'm still iffy on Sunday's race - m.i.l. still in hospital but improving very slowly - we'll see if I'll be allowed a few hours of fun on Sunday...

Scratch me from Sunday's marathon. I've developed an actual knee problem & haven't been able to run more than a mile or two at a time without serious discomfort in weeks.

Oh, that's a bummer, Dawnie! I'm so sorry about your knee. I hope you recover soon.

Happy girl, not because of my finish time (2nd worse Half finish time) but that I was able to toe the line and finish despite racking up a whopping 12.6 miles TOTAL for the month of November. Hope everyone else is having great days, too!

Running IS therapy...
