As you head out on Saturday, perhaps you will want to dedicate part of your run to Ryan Shay. Well, since I won't be running on Saturday, I guess I can honor him by running the last 10K at the Monkey on Sunday.

| Scuba - thanks for sharing this. Our Orlando Galloway training team honored Ryan on Saturday, marking the 5.5 mile mark on our run routes. I overheard some interesting conversations that morning. |

My next run is the Seattle Marathon this sunday (to get the MM thing before my 90 days runs out).
